142.2 or 145.5, depending on the variant.

Sometimes those weights can be changed with just a little paperwork. A MD-88 factory instructor told us: “You bought the 160k MGTO airplane, but only had it certified for 149.5k, in order to save on airport fees.”

I thought we measured everything here in Dominicans?

I believe our A320 max landing is 172 Dominicans (including lap children).

A little paperwork and a lot of money. "You want appendix Q to the FPPM? Let's talk."

Yup, total rip-off. I flew the DHC-8, brand new from the factory. We couldn't land over 19.450kg, could't land with tailwind between 10-20kts, couldn't fly the approach with props 900, couldn't fly the approach flap 15. If you wanted to do any of those you handed over a big check, and Bombardier would mail you a some green pages for the AOM, and magically , without any other changes, the airplane suddenly was capable.

Of course! As DOD contractors, they were firm believers in the maxim: “Cut prices as necessary to win the procurement award, then make a bundle with change orders”.
