Lets be honest here. You have to make difficult cuts in an effort to compensate for Giggitys salary and lack of experience. And since you can't simply cut healthcare by 80 Million over 4 years(thanks Barger) you have to cut employees.

Hopefully moving headquarters to osc. Makes no sense to have crew scheduling in most expensive place in the us.
