Hello all,
Since we have a thread dedicated to the video interview, I figured we can start one for the F2F.
Does anybody who has recently been through the process have any advice or can tell us what to expect?
I am probably going to use Emerald Coast to help prepare. Thanks in advance.

Paying the 20 bucks for aviationinterviews.com is a good place to get a general idea of what the f2f is about . You can't go wrong with EC , but for the JB interview I don't think it's needed . Unless, you need work on general interviewing skills . Good Luck !

Ditto the AviationInterviews.com
I did not use any prep, but am also very comfortable in interviewing.
It was not an overly difficult interview, just long.
Buddy of mine used EC and thought it prepared him well.

I spent the 400 bones for EC. Probably over prepared for the interview, but I got the job. For some of us, this is our last stop. Better be over prepared and getting the job, than getting the TBNT email.
JetBlue is a great company, and the process is becoming a little more selective than before. Even at Republic- my 2 yr stint- before I left they started denying pilots.
just my 0.02c

Arrive. Turn in your paperwork. Get finger printed. Do an HR interview with 7 HR questions. Go back and forth to a waiting room with some chief pilots and you can ask questions. Then go off to do a computer test that takes about two hours. There’s a personality section, a cognitive section, and a flight simulator section. That’s it. You’ll be there about 5-6 hours.

There are two HR-Pilot portions, first one you mentioned and the “exit” one with another Chief and HR peep about your flying career (how it started, failures and so forth)
