Default 190 vs. Bus commute

If a new hire were commuting from ATL for the first year on property and quality of life was #1 priority, which jet would you pick and to where? How long on reserve? Thanks

190 BOS then JFK.
Much shorter time on reserve. I’d guess less than six months tops.
Bus is still at least one year. Commuting to reserve that long blows.
Also no redeyes on the 190.

That’s funny. I sat on a DL jumpseat yesterday any you would have thought it was JB the complaining was so rampant.

190 will definitely be shorter reserve than the Bus, but whether you choose JFK or BOS depends. 190 JFK is quicker to hold a line than BOS but the commute to Boston tends to be easier for many. YMMV

I think JFK 190 is a shorter reserve stint with faster progression through the seniority that BOS but idk about a commute from Atlanta. Regardless like the other threads 190 over Bus first year for that QOL

I'd rather complain with much higher payrates and a 14% profit sharing payout. It's better than complaining with what we have...
