How many of those want to fly commercially vs. private pilot? Do you have a feel for that?

How does this compare with 5 years ago, before the majors started hiring again?

A quick Google lists 87 flight schools in Arizona. Of course there are a bunch of people who get their private pilots license, and go no further.

You think people go to Arizona pilot mills to become weekend warrior bug smashers in a 172 a few times per year?

They go for the extreme IFR training.
