Not really. You can't really maintain 6ft in an airplane unless its like only 20 folks on board and spaced out. And even so, ppl are walking by to go to the lav and FAs walking by.

• CDC recommends all people 2 years of age and older wear a mask in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.

And the American Academy of Pediatrics:

• AAP urges universal cloth face coverings for those ages 2 and up, with ‘rare exception’
• Children ages 2 years and older can and should wear cloth face coverings when not able to physically distance, including while in schools, child care and other group settings, according to AAP interim guidance.

The policy is helping to bring in revenue. More of a 5 step forward 1 step back, the policy is doing much more good than harm financially. Bad PR goes away over time. Everyone wants to feel safe, that's what the policy do. I would argue that since, eventually, the middle seat will be unblocked, it would go over much easier knowing that customers will still be required to wear masks until they changed "required" to "recommend" for the mask.

Don’t get me wrong – I’m very pro mask. We still have adults with noses hanging out or not wearing at all…ridiculous. But idk, mandating two and three year old’s seems a bit nutty to me…

I personally agree with that. However, in this day and age, if that’s what the “experts” recommend, that’s what companies like JetBlue will use to make their policies. Bottom line, it’s their plane. Comply with their policies or they don’t let you fly.

I’m all for the mask policy. Whatever feel good measure brings people in the door, I’m all for. Making 2 year olds conform to this policy is idiotic. We can still use SOME common sense here I would hope. I’m aware that Bad PR subsides over time; the problem is, we don’t have much time.

Yeah that's true, JB can base their policy on WHO when it comes to age limit. If they want to inspire humanity, then lean towards a more humane recommendation for the policy.
