True true

Last I heard it was pretty negative there too. My wife isn’t a member[emoji2369]

It looks like $14 billion in additional payroll support for the airline sector is picking up steam in Washington. I wonder if that changes the dynamics of the LOA at all, most notably the furlough protection.

In recurrent they said that any additional government relief shifts the decision date. So if the decision date is now Nov 1st, two months of gov. support would shift that two months into the future.

Contracts can be wrong. Promises are what we need now.

If they promise that we'll get stapled to the top in reverse seniority order they can count on my vote...

Probably nowhere. I didn’t bother looking as I’m still a no. Since I posted it, I’ll go take a look and see if I can find it.

2. If additional Government support becomes available after the effective date of this LOA, the Company and the Association shall mutually agree to an appropriate adjustment to the date the Company may terminate Paragraph H herein pursuant to this Paragraph J to a later date.

I originally said I couldn’t find it. Turns out I need to read slower.

Everyone is a no until it's a yes. No one wants to admit to a yes because you get the blowhards calling yes voters sell-outs, morons, etc (CBA voters). Sad you can't voice your vote on what's best for you without having a-holes jumping down your throat. That being said, I'm a hell no on this one.

I can be turned into a yes. I’ll freely admit it. It’s going to take going back to the negotiating room, however.
Already have one “no” vote submitted.
