“Shall mutually agree” essentially means nothing legally. They should have had a provision in there that extends the date as long as the airline aid was in effect.

management probably isn’t the same thing

Screw em, I'll vote yes and tell people once they give me something worth voting yes on. I voted Yes on the contract but No on this. This whole "Never vote yes" on stuff is pathetic and resolves in nothing ever getting done.
