The numbers don’t lie. The fact that our application window isn’t even open is somewhat disconcerting. Makes me wonder….

Well, to be fair, I know they are still interviewing guys from the last window. I think they got a fairly deep pile of names and will sort through that and then reopen the window as that dwindles down. But, who knows at this point.

I can tell you myself and most others getting absolutely railed with the 190 initial training footprint and never ending training pay (even after finishing LOE) are keeping our apps up to date.

how long have you been on training pay for now?

Coming up on 3 months. Even after LOE it is taking up to a month to be transfered to full pay for some people and a grievance was just filed on it.
