Don’t get your hopes up and don’t vote for anything less than fair market wages. While we should certainly maintain realistic goals, anything less than at least Alaska’s rates would be a genuine insult.

Haven't you heard? They can't do that this time, and besides what does that do for them, it's only six months of savings till next summer, saving millions of dollars per month. Not like that adds up ...

If you only knew what I've heard ... But I can't tell you, I have a secret...

“I have a secret, call your reps” is my favorite kind of BS.

the company knows every word that’s said at the pub events.

The other site has several people saying the applicant pool is down to a few hundred. There’s a thread on APC where a PSA guy was saying he made 37k in one month. This may be the only reason the company wants to ink a deal. I’m not holding my breath. I’m sure they’re dug in on the profit sharing. Good to see the union properly exercising leverage though.

Pretty clear by the company's update that they don't want to talk about profit sharing... PS is an industry standard part of a pilot CBA at JB's level of the industry...

If they don't want to include profit sharing, they don't want a deal...

I'll wait until the company gets it right.

PS is for shareholders not stakeholders! Where any decision made by X company inversely affects stakeholders. Now make an algorithm throw in some AI and that’s what i call automation management.
