This may be the only reason the company wants to ink a deal. I’m not holding my breath. I’m sure they’re dug in on the profit sharing. Good to see the union properly exercising leverage though.

Pretty clear by the company's update that they don't want to talk about profit sharing... PS is an industry standard part of a pilot CBA at JB's level of the industry...

PS is for shareholders not stakeholders! Where any decision made by X company inversely affects stakeholders. Now make an algorithm throw in some AI and that’s what i call automation management.
