The best time to negotiate new uniforms is during a merger.

The best time to negotiate profit sharing is… never.

If you think a union would HAVE to hold up a JCBA to get rid of blue shirts you are delusional.

Oh you’re back to white shirts now? Thought we were talking about karbon and leather jackets. https://www.airlinepilotforums.com/jetblue/141309-uniforms-2.html

What would happen to you if everyone pulled a white shirt once a week? I'm fairly certain except the giggling amongst yourselves, no one would notice unless it was made into some attention seeking internet work rule action.

"Sorry, my kid puked on my work shirt and I had to borrow my Husbands shirt, he works at Spirit". Just start blending in the whites on random days, low key.

Although now that I think about it, I could totally see them saying well, profit sharing polled low, and beards and karbon jackets and white shirts polled high, so we at least got the jackets and white shirts for you guys. But profit sharing will have to wait til next time.
