Would anyone mind sharing how much monthly block flying you’re doing on reserve in JFK (320)? And if anyone has a sense of LA?

Thanks!

I would think that JFK320 FO would have less flexibility than you may think......While some of the other bases and seats are crazy overstaffed (JFK320CA for instance), JFK320FO is not one of them, with most days in the red for reserve numbers which could lead to limited flexiblity.

Thanks! I’m actually looking to be utilized more than not, at least for a bit. I’m at Spirit and commuting to fly less than 10 a month, so I’d rather be productive.

thank you, super helpful.

I agree with these homies. Long call here is awful, you're a garbage disposal. I am blessed to be able to drive to work here too which helps.

Just out of curiosity, why do you say LC is awful?

I haven't had that experience, but I only had LC right after OE due to not being able to bid in that month. I'm kind of looking forward to LC again, but wondering what I don't know.

I bid Long Call occasionally. It's fuçking great, if you know how to bid. I barely work. I almost...almost got bored for a moment the other day having not touched the plane in a month. Then the sharp metallic sound of a beer opening snapped me out of it.
