Don't forget this:

The LCR and ILC reserve grids shall be set as follows, pursuant to current minima calculation methodology: a. The LCR 4 grid or ILC 4 grid, as applicable, shall be set to allow transactions to and including a net reserve coverage of zero (0). b. The LCR 3 grid or ILC 3 grid, as applicable, shall be set to fifty percent (50%) of the calculated requirement. c. The LCR 2 grid or the ILC 2 grid, as applicable, shall be set to seventy-five percent (75%) of the calculated requirement.

That will definitely help for LCR/Lineholders, we’ll see how it plays out in reality.

that sounds great in an email. We will see how it plays out in practice. I’m not holding my breath for any real change but I will be pleased to be wrong.

That verbiage was right out of the MOU, but we’ll see. Wonder why they didn’t address SCL grids….

Any thoughts on which bases/seats will see the most VIL's offered? Not sure how the system bid and realignment will impact this....Just from the spectators seats I could see JFK Bus CA having quite a few offered, probably way fewer for FO. Would think this helps everyone's relative seniority in a monthly schedule bid.

Considering we’re still hiring for most bases I’ll bet the VILs are mostly for CA seats. JFK/BOS 320, BOS 220, BOS 190 in particular. Maybe a few FLL/MCO 320 depending how they want to balance the pairings between north/south bases.

Current NH class only BOS and JFK were available.

It's because they have too many CAs in JFK/BOS, relative to FOs.

I’d put money on zero VILs for SQ.
