Your problem is.... you think in terms of you instead of us. Your a captain so the pay is insufficient only for the captains. You would like to see the seniority pay steepen. What about the 190 fo's that will be starting with us this summer. Some of you "Senior Captains" will make more money this summer than they will earn this year.
Pretty soon there will be more of us (Junior vs. senior) on the line and your thoughts won't matter very much.

Here's a new one for the survey...
How bout adding a request for at least ONE trip of more than two day duration to every bid month in every domicile. How can every single trip be two days or less at an airline with over 70% commuters?
You would think that a survey would not be necessary to figure out this very basic scheduling reality.

Well, don't I feel chastised. Thanks, that was good for a chuckle. And aren't I lucky to be working at a company for only 2 1/2 years and be called a senior captain. And by the way, if you want to quote someone, use the quote button on the bottom of their entry. Easier to read that way.
