No, not an error. And thanks Blue Dude for the "shut up and color". But with all the disruptions to the E190 schedule of late, yes, they are more likely to be JA'd. They were sold a bill of goods when told that the 190 bid, while paying cr@p wages, would be a QOL bid. How about the fact that line holders are having their full lines taken from them and given to very junior reserve check airmen and forced to sit reserve for months on end, all contrary to the language in the Scheduling Guide? Some QOL.
I'm still trying to find which core value justifies the A320 getting a pay raise while the E190 pilot gets a pay cut. Yes, it is not a lot of money (which is SOP on the E190), but it's the principle of the matter, and the signal it sends to the E190 pilots that they are they b@stard step child when it comes to $$.
