USAToday on JetBlue

Mr. Baba Bluey sir, I don't have any intention to insult your character or debate you on any issue including JB. If you are comfortable with the status quo at JB and feel comfortable with your future, I wish you well. Concessions that CAL pilots took and whatever "Gordo" left with has little to do with where JB is heading. If you feel comfortable and compelled to take a shot at CAL pilots and it makes you feel better please feel free to do so. I have said all I will say about JB and I truly apologize if I have insulted anybody personally. Fly safe and I hope Mr. Neeleman fulfills all your hopes and dreams.

FWIW, our debt load and profits (or lack thereof) put us in a position curiously similar to the legacy carriers on the morning of 9/11; not that our fate will be similar, only that we have a looong way to go before our long-term success is assured so we are in no position to throw stones. (Something about guys in glass houses....)

It is disappointing that you have chosen the low road in this forum. I never insulted you, in fact I have consistently wished my JB brothers well. My only comments have been my opinion on where management is taking a good company. To lecture me about SCABS is off base. I am not one, never supported one and will continue to discourage others from going there. As for competing with you or anyone else with respect to ALPA longevity - what's your point? Perhaps you need to redirect your rage and ranting somewhere it will do some good and leave the personal issues out of it.

if you think CAL is the only airline with scabs in alpa membership, you are dumber than you appear which is no small feat. and speaking of scabs, why do YOU care what alpa does? you can't even get together on the jb pilot/management association. remember, l. ron loves you and you don't need a union anyway, things are so good there.
enjoy your next 5 years--and your next 5 years--and your next 5 years...
