3000+ hours is a realistic minimum.

I’m close to 3,000 TT about 160 PIC 121, 0 jet time. I got the welcome to phase 2.

Good Luck!

Is there a rhyme or reason to who's applications the hiring dept pulls? Like a scoring system similar to many airlines. Different tiers etc.?

They love to see community service that involves cleaning up your community. That scores very high

Any Interview / application preparation recommendations from anyone? Trying to decide if it’s worth the investment to see if it can get me in the door.

I used Emerald Coast and found it beneficial. In retrospect I think I would’ve been fine without it, but I don't regret the purchase as I ultimately ended up with a job. Additionally, once you join you’re in with them for good, which could be helpful for future interviews if you’re waiting on someone else to call. Good luck.

I did emerald coast and they really prepared me to feel confident and relax! For me it was worth it
