Here is a retirement perspective. I was hired 6 years ago. That line is very flat for the next 10 years. Now imagine having another 1500 guys ahead of you as a new hire and the outlook isn't great for a new hire here vs the big 3. All I'm saying is if you have multiple job offers go somewhere else. If this is your only job offer to escape the regionals take it. I just want perspective new hires to have all the available info. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |
