We have a PS3 and I am getting pretty good at beating the 15 year olds in China on Modern Warfare.

Ahh, the crash-pad syndrome. Getting tired of nothing but pizza, Chinese food, and very nice people:rolleyes: in Kew?

On the other side of the coin, try creating a 87 hour line with great trips like ABQ, 10 hour-three day ( on the Bus of course). Sure you do get out of the crash pad, but I'm getting tired of 12-13 days off and flying red-eyes ALL the time. I'll be bidding RSV soon just to take a dip into what the last few folks have written about.

p.s. Some video game competitors make more money than you and I combined...keep playing:D
Ha ha you nailed it. I mean like I said before I'm sure it works and is awesome for some people.
I wish I could fly to SJU and kite surf and get hammered with my college buddies, but like the other guy said I've got a family with mouths to feed.
Anyway it is what it is and *****ing on a message board isn't gonna change the fact that I'm headed back to NY tomorrow for another stretch.
Oh and ya how are you guys getting LCR? 8 months online and I've had it maybe 3 times?

Current JB Poolie Update

Hello All! I just spoke to the Pilot Recruitment team and they gave the following update:

- October 15th training class will be filled by March 20th interviewee's
**Depending on the results of the most recent system bid posted to current JB Pilots, this class may or may not cover all March 20th Poolies. More than likely there will be some spill over to the October 29th class, and if there is a lot of training events triggered by the current system bid they may even spill into November 12th.

- Class sizes are expected to grow in November and December back to previous rates, with the possibility of the October classes growing a bit as well depending on the system bid's results.

- April 8th Poolies are up next for class dates after the completion of the March 20th group. Followed by April 29th and finally May 29th Poolies.

- Upcomming class dates are: October 15, October 29, November 12, December 3

The moral of the story... The wait surely isn't easy and they know that. And a lot of numbers for upcomming classes are all dependant on the close and results of the current system bid. So...March 20th poolies be ready because your up next!

Following up on what Poolie said.... I checked with my buds and they said they are looking to call poolies about 30 days out from class - as soon as the planning folks finalize class size after the system bid. Right now March 20 folks will probably be in Oct-Nov. April 8 and 29 will be Nov-Dec and May 29 probably Dec-Jan.

They also said a "poolie lifeguard" is back on staff - so poolies will have someone to talk to as they wait.

Just logged in to check the status of my app and it shows expired under draft applications. But under application status it shows received. I don't suppose this is a good thing. Anyone else show that or something different?

Yeaaaahhh, but I understand. Sometimes it's hard to check this thread when your schedule is full. I subscribed so I'm always getting the latest and greatest. With that said, my email inbox is 60% useful information about jetBlue hiring, and 40% "when does the window open?"

:)
