Increasing our compensation in several areas will not be easy as Robyn is going to have to provide more to investors.. I think first bag charges are coming, but dividend payments are on the horizon.. There isn't one single number to receive , it's gonna be a Queens area code number most certain , 718 area code ... Don't worry about missing the call , they leave voice mails and allow you to set up a time etc .

Recency of experience and at least a 4-year degree are a couple of the factors they are looking at when weeding people out of the stack. 5,000 hours (civilian) is the minimum under normal circumstances.

Yeah it did hear from some of the higher ups that 5000 TT is what they want . Now that can change depending on what else is on your résumé etc and largely if you have some strong pull from the inside , but it appears the 5000 total time thingy is pretty solid, subject to change when the demand and résumé stack changes

No clue...I'm 5300+TT.... 1830+ in Airbus, English/Spanish lenguage, ICAO & FAA license, current flying for Avianca as FO A319-320, domicile in Fort Lauderdale, experience in 121 USA, South America and special airports experience...not even recieved a single word from them..strongly disagree ... if I'm not prospect for them, write two or three letters saying thank you for applying and point

All of the above, but i would certainly stress getting face-to-face time with a recruiter at one of the conventions like OBAP or WIA.

Also, try rounding out your resume with some volunteer work or non-aviation related letters of rec. They really are looking for a specific personality in addition to hours in the logbook.

So, since you meet the qualifications, have Airbus Experience, speak two languages(who cares) 121 USA(snicker) ICAO FAA license , etc etc etc, they should send you a personal letter or a letter to EVERYONE, that applied and aren't getting an interview? We had 5000+ applications in a few days thats a lot of rejection letters. Not saying anything is basically them pointing........

Do the emails to interview typically go out all at once when the window closes or is it a slow trickle over time? Just trying to figure out whether to hang on to that slight glimmer of hope.
