Heard rumors the "shining moment" part has been dropped? Anybody who has interviewed recently have insight? If it has, that just improves my chances of not misspelling my name.

No shining moment story. Just a 200 word or less essay on why you would be a good fit at JetBlue.

I plan on attending a JetBlue job fair next month and was hoping someone could tell me what to expect. Do they ask HR questions or is it simply going over your resume. Thanks.

I have been at jetblue now 7 months and there is 240 guys below me and about 160 FO positions remain to be filled. There is still guys leaving for the majors. From what I am hearing it mostly guys who have been here 3-2 yrs or less that is jumping ship. Jetblue is losing about 3 guys a month to the majors. I know about 8 guys here who are waiting on class date for united. The hiring hasn't started yet. Patience my young paddle ones.
