JetBlue is hiring pilots with 3K TT. I'm not sure they are even looking at education on the application.

You have to understand the hiring at Jetblue. Does the airline want the most qualified, certainly. The airline also wants the "right pilot". What does this mean? Lets use some of the check airman as an example. Recently Jetblue lost several check airman who returned to previous carriers. These check airman voted no in the past two union elections yet gladly returned to their previous union carriers with CBA's.
Jetblue hires and advances pilots it feels will promote the culture it covets. This is the airlines right and choice.

Some of you make it sound like it is easy to get hired or even an interview at jetBlue. It's not, otherwise I would have heard something already from applying the past 5 yrs. lol :p

Does anyone know if jetblue ever attends any of the FAPA job fairs? I have a ticket I need to use up and would love to talk to them, but didn't see there name on the MIA one or the up coming LAS one.

Generic to whom it may concern got me into the "invite" list. I'm not trying to discourage you, but I think sometimes people put too much effort into things like that and not enough effort in the "meat and potatoes" part of the process. I say that from personal experience :D.
