When did I say a CBA would fix it?(it could slow it down like SWA)
I even said guys would still leave to go fly big planes and you told me that was a management talking point. I have said many times and you know this that the ELT has a problem and will most likely dork this up.
So what number does personal preference=a problem?
And do you know the SWA numbers?
Again this is easy.
blewjet=sucks....we have attrition but people that leave SWA are just going by personal preference.
SWA=awesome
But here we are both wearing blue shirts. Oh well.

We didn't lose 5% last year (2016), so that makes your statement incorrect. Total attrition was just under or right around 100, with those going to other airlines in the 70-80 range. I don't have the exact numbers, but it wasn't 5%-10% of our list.
I'm willing to bet the attrition was similar in 2014 and 2015, though I don't have any data to back that up.

I seem to remember being the 2nd to last Captain on reserve at AWAC since nobody was hiring. I wasn't here so I don't know but it doesn't seem right...heck there was even that little 2008 financial crisis.
Again I could be totally wrong and I will say we shouldn't have people leaving but that number seems high for those years.

I am more amazed at the 2007-2009 time. Where other airlines really hiring?

Agree. I wasn't here then, but no legacies were hiring, so if people left they were leaving the 121 world or going abroad.
