What number are you using to check in with GIS? The link I got to fill all of my GIS stuff in doesn't have any contact info. Is there a specific JetBlue number?

If you don't have a case # I'm sure they can look you up. It will take around 30days minimum if you have PRIA. They said that's how long the FAA has to respond and they usually take the entire time, and as we all are aware, the FAA is in no rush. Good Luck.

Was the one they needed notarized different than the interview? Mine was so I had to go get it notarized and faxed in. GIS was complete about a week later
