The exception would be a 777-200LR converted to a freighter. However, there just aren’t that many of that variant.
Boeing is talking now of the 777-300 for the end of 2020. There offering around to cargo airlines as an option since the 747-400 are becoming scarce to find. The only issue they have is that they have to re enforce the main deck floor they came out of the factory with light floor since passenger weight a lot less than freight. Last year 2018 saw the first 4 A330 conversion to freighter they all when to Hong Kong Air Cargo 3 300 and 1 200 and in 2019 they plan to come up with the A321 conversion to freighter.

777 is the future of air cargo, but it still doesn't have a nose loader, and I haven't seen them used for military charters, so the -400 will still be around for a long time to come.

That’s where the -8 comes into play. Once the 400s retire (a long time from now) the 777 will be the work horse and the -8 will cover the niche market that requires oversized/nose loader stuff. The military will just have to get new K loaders and retire their garbage from the 50s or purely load from the nose.

If Boeing doesn't kill the -8 program

I'm afraid they probably will soon unless someone places some more orders, but i don't see it happening. Maybe K4 could get a good deal on some

UPS’ orders, plus the five that Volga Depnr ordered in 2018, should take 747-8F production through the end of 2022.

Think Boeing is building one every two months.
