A friend of mine said that K4 was getting the dreamlifter contract and that we possibly may pick up some type of Haji flying from Atlas! Any truth to either one of these? The dreamlifter would be cool..

The dreamlifter does not have an apu, external air starts every leg.

Airplane is slow because of the extra drag.

Pretty sure the cargo area is unpressurized, and the inflight cabin is comparatively small.

The more I learn about this airplane the more I don't feel like flying it.

I know it was not your intent but these kind of rumors are best left off of web boards and kept in the cockpit. If it becomes fact then so be it. Speculation only leads to angst among those who could lose jobs or seats. If the Dream Lifter or any other Atlas, Southern, Kalitta Air, ABX, ATI or any other companies flying migrates to another ACMI carrier it usually means a loss of flying and possibly jobs at the carrier losing the contract. Unfortunately in this part of the aviation business somebodies gain is often at somebody else's loss.

Why don’t you go and ask your friend where the bids for next months schedule are? 😂

Default newbie to this

Still a regional guy with my resume at Kalitta moved to the second round. I read through the posts, I was wondering is there any way we could take a look at your cba?
Apologies if I missed the reply which said yes or no.
Also is there anything we need to use specifically to prep for the interview? I know the interview itself is a get to know you process but the computer test is what I was worried about. Ive never taken one similar to this one and was wondering if there was any guidance out there to help us get an idea what to expect. tia
