The contribution and matching amounts are based on a "plan-by-plan" or company-by-company basis. Depending on whether or not you are a Highly Compensated Employee ($120K), you may not be able to max out your contributions. The tax code governing 401k plans was written to prevent qualified retirement plans from overly favoring Highly Compensated Employees. A series of non-discrimination tests were devised to measure whether a plan's design or operation lends to favoring the HCEs over the Non-Highly Compensated Employees.

Well he asked the numbers.....is it a problem for you. Keeping you from sleeping? This is a discussion forum is it not? He might be asking to compare contract numbers for your next contract. Or do you not think you will ever have another one or be able to improve on the one you have?

My first post. I've dug through both Kalitta threads and learned some very useful information- thank you to those who take the time to do this. I'm an ex-Navy Hornet guy, out of currency and going to regionals to hopefully pay my dues. I am very interested in Kalitta and have met the minimums (minus currency). So here are my questions:
How do you get noticed by the company?
Do single seat fighter types get considered?
Are they good with National Guard time off?
It's never too early to prepare as far as I'm concerned. Anyone willing to PM me the interview gouge would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

We have a handful of fighter guys. There is a preference for guys with heavy jet experience, but I don’t think fighter experience will hurt you in the selection.
Im not a guard guy, but there are a few on here that are more qualified to answer that question.
