Im interested that you took a Delta FO to Korea. I’m also with DL, and I was told I wasn’t able to jumpseat internationally. Was there a change in policy or DL’s status recently?

Pilots don’t care as long as your listed. So the person listing is obviously checking a list of eligible airlines.

FYI: I jumpseat internationally all the time, and I can confirm we have DL International jump seats.
AA were added recently so I have yet to test it out.
I have no idea why DL pilots cannot JS on us..there isn't a good reason I know of..

This info should be brought to the attention of the JS committee chair and the CP office to get it fixed asap

When you say “I’ve jumpseat international on DL” are you referring to actual Jumpseat, or listing and and riding in an available seat in the cabin?
The reason, I believe, for the ^ conversation is K4 there is no cockpit door thus it’s all seats are considered a cockpit JS. That’s why OAL can’t do it. It’s my understanding we can “ride” on other airlines internationally as long as we are in a seat in the cabin. No cockpit JS allowed
Please clarify what you mean by “I’ve JS international on DL.” That may help clarify the confusion.

Not true…Delta is great for most international. Delta is not on our FDAR list because they will not sign one. Delta guy, contact your JSC and ask them to sign one!

AA was added to OUR list of carriers that can ride on us. Unfortunately AA has not opened their international to us yet…We need an AA pilot to ride on us !
