yes, kind of; 31 day schedule is "scheduled" 14 days off, 30 day schedule "scheduled" 13 days off. Due to the jungle rules that SR will employe you may have to travel on your last day off to be in position by 0500z your first day for your obligatory triumvirate of 1/7's. Greatest number of consecutive 1/7's from day one is 7. Anyone beat that?

How are they with family emergencies? Do they get you home? Also is there vacation days?

Vacation is accrued one year after DOH, which is two weeks. Essentially you can get a whole month off, and if you bid right, almost months off with one vacation allotment.
