I have noticed that this question doesn't really get asked, despite how obvious it is.
If that question is a discriminator for you between two different companies, or if its just for your own budget/financial planning, then based on your stated answer to the question you can mark it down as "no" and do the math from there.

ORD Hotel
According to a fellow crew member, the ORD hotel K4 stays at is in cahoots with the Triad. Specifically the Bamboo Union and Flying Dragons. Like several others, I too found this hard to believe but after seeing the breakfast selection, I’m convinced. No other hotel in the Chicago area serves up Congee and fried rice, etc. for breakfast. Also, I saw several Chinese people at the hotel and they weren’t speaking English. I wonder what role the person in charge of travel and accommodations has to play in this. When will the hotel committee help us move to a Marriott or a Hilton? Why can’t we stay at the same types of hotels Atlas stays at?

Seriously? A delicious breakfast? It’s better than the dog food you get served at the Holiday Inn Express in Cincinnati, but to say it’s delicious is a delusional statement. Either the regional background you come from has tainted your taste buds or your wife/boyfriend needs to stop feeding you Chef Boyardee when you’re home.

As for not staying at a decent place, you can thank ole SR for that. He obviously is saving the company $.01 per 100 crew members, so we get things like no points and crappy hotels in the states.
