training pay = 600 per week * 12 = 7200
per diem = 10000
total = 43,700 gross
2nd year 73.32 * 62 * 12 = 54,550 + 10k per diem = 64,550
3rd year 84.94 * 62 *12 = 63195 + per diem = 73195
You can make more with out a doubt, but that is the min.

There's lots of data points out there to support the K4 pilot group efforts in compensation improvement....here's one of them.

Interview: fill out forms. Eat pizza. Sim eval - JFK, climbing right turn, hold (parallel/teardrop entry), radar vectors to ILS. Done. Interview panel: 20 minute discussion about being overseas for 17 days. Done. Sleep easy - the interview is about you as a person and can you scan fast enough to be safe...

Currently an FO at a crappy regional flying the CRJ7. Before that C-130 IP in the Air Force. 3000 mil hours, 1000 121.
I went to Dallas last month to visit them at a job fair. That may or may not be the reason I was called.

Had BK on the plane the other day. He confirmed that airplane purchases and asked us why thing have been going south lately regarding procedures. The talk revolved around the contract as a player in the problem. He agreed and said that he had discussed this very subject with PS. He said that the FAA was trying to set up a meeting with the Union and Company in hopes to move things along. He felt is was a contributing cause regarding safety. He also said we had and interview day set up for 6 applicants. 0 showed. I hope that it keeps up until there is serious negotiations taking place.
