Anchorage Layover 2 days
#1
Hello! I’m looking for suggestions on things to do in ANC. I’ve already seen the glaciers, but I’d love to hear if there are any other activities or spots that are really worth driving out to at this time of the year.

- Annual Bumfight Fest
- Annual Winter Special Olympics
- Native Girls Gone Wild
No need to leave Anchorage even.
Alternatively you can watch, listen and enjoy Delta pilots and UPS pilots complaining in F-street or enjoy everything soaked in brine to get your alcohol bill up at 49th Street.
If you’re feeling truly adventurous, get roofied at the Gaslight Bar.
Whats in a name.

BUSH COMPANY, highly recommended if they are still in business.
Another bar I enjoyed was Pierre Street Annex, they had a special drink called Test Tube Baby, try it..
Debrief at the Moose Lounge was also a must.

My go-to gym when there.
And as @TiredSoul implicated, there are plenty of bored local girls that can keep you "occupied".

As a note of caution: The girls OUTSIDE of the Great Alaskan Bush Company bar can be extremely aggresive.
