He wants to get in a big airliner so bad he'll work for crap wages. He'll even give up that free phone/magazine subscription offer.

Not sure, but the rumor is co-pilots don't have any senority.

Excellent point. In the world of "at will" workers, you can be fired at any time for any reason.

Capt's are getting 65K a year salary. I would guess F/O's would be near 40K. Not a place that I would want to go.

Saw a couple of ex-Indy drivers there...........they seemed all psyched about it. I asked why they would accept the salary and they said - "We will bring that up soon." They also stated that they are still hiring Captains only but FOs would be hired soon.

I didn't want to go down the road of HOW at the time. I hope they know their MGT is more ANTI-Union than most..........is that even possible?! ;)

About their paint - they said that the Orange airplanes were for the first batch of airplanes and then Lime Green for the next (I guess Song Green) then another color........uggh

For 500Gs any customer can have a Skybus painted in whatever scheme they wanted (ala WestPAC)..........

All pilots will have date of hire seniority, regardless of the seat their hired into.

Mgmt is no more anti-union than at SWA, JetBlue, or AirTran. Besides Alaska and Spirit no LCC airlines are represented by ALPA. There just isn't a need for it.

Hope this helps
