Standard chit.

apply, rinse, repeat, apply, rinse, repeat.................

Funny thing is, these arse clown reporters are never on the jumpseat when the ALT mins have gone to krap after a divert, a cardiac arrest without suitable airports or a thousand other scenarios that will turn a vaunted "AI" pilot into my dog.

It shouldn’t be long before the corporate supported pilot trashing news stories start to hit the wire. Always a clear sign that talks are in season.

WSJ subsrciptions run $400/year. Most subscribers expense it, so they are managers. Natural that they'd lean towards the B-school outlook. Still a good rag though.

You don't get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate. Don't take it personally, or get your blood pressure up. But don't roll over either.

But wait, I thought there was a pilot shortage and they're trying to roll back the hours so the regionals can hire sufficient pilots. Which one is it? Are we button pushing monkeys that can be replaced by a Vic-20 or do we need to compromise safety standards because there aren't enough of us?

You're dating yourself... Fully half of the people reading this are going to have to google Vic-20...

Tandy Radio Shack, not Texas Instruments.

TI has it's own, less sucessful, computers. Here's one of them.

In 1978, the TRS-80 Model I (before it was called the Model I) was my first computer.
