Default Alaska / Delta International Jumpseat

Has anyone tried jumpseating on Alaska, and or Delta International?

If so can you list at the gate? do they require prior listing?

I know that one must be in a seat in the back. I do understand that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You
