Did that new pay scale come out last week, as you guys have been saying it would "next week" since inception? No? I didn't think so.

Went from a 12 year longevity scale to a seven year longevity Scale. No longer have pay scales for 2023 onward, so no cost of living adjustments are known for the future. Reactionary raises into the future.

Took away all remaining pre-funded profit sharing disbursements, $30,000 for 2022 and up to the remaining $18,000 from 2021.

Exactly. I think they’ll close the doors after Xmas. They just don’t want to throw ppl out before the holidays (being NICE!). The word is out though, Breeze CKA are running out the doors with the inside scoop. Allegiant will take the 220 orders. The Delta or better contract + international trips next year will help G4 staff those airplanes.
