117 pilots on the seniority list. That’s the real number. All Pilots Matter.
In that case why so many cancelations?

well, that is the case but I don’t know reason for any of the cancelations. They seem to all be in the same area so maybe weather? Really don’t know. I’m not paying attention to that today.

Dude… Weather? Really? So it must be anyyything else besides pilot resignations and overall lack of reserves in every single base? Ok sure

Give it a month it’ll get worse. There was a few senior captains who attended NGPA. Those guys will have legacy offers no doubt.

Uncompetitive pay will only get you so far, for so long, in this hiring environment.

Many have stated "no startup can pay Legacy wages." Well, good luck then. Next time make sure you have the investment capital to pay more before you flip the switch.

Ok, let ’s take a look at the truth.

There were two turns to BDL which were legs 2 and 3 of 4 leg pairings. The assigned crews flew legs 1 and 4.

A 4 leg trip through PVD.

A BDL turn where the assigned crew flew legs 3 and 4 of the day.

All 4 of these trips were temporally close and geographically very close and 3 of the four have proven available originally assigned crews. So, yeah, I’m going with weather for these.

Oh and 2 charters that were changed by the client.

There was one flight canceled at the end of the day because a crew member called out at the “outstation”.

Agreed the company is understaffed but not sure why people on here insist on spreading lies to create a false narrative.

an airline only makes money with LINE AND RESERVE (flying) Pilots, not with a seniority list budddy. 58 are the only ones moving metal. give me 24 to 48 hrs I will be more than glad to break down YOUR seniority list. 117 jajajajajaajjajjajajaajaj!!!!!!!!!

Management pilots will never fly, they are not line qualified. Cadre Pilots are strictly on the A220, Instructor pilots are on the line because we can’t train anyone currently, those in training can’t do anything to help the line operation.

The 36 A220 Pilots can do nothing to help the Ejet Operation, which is the only operation that should matter right now considering its the one actually carrying people.

Of course, with TWA, Howard Hughes, when he owned it used to fly the line, as well as his own Connie. Also, Jack Frye, the TWA President, always flew a line every month. No reason other airlines could not do that.
