$105 1st year. $122 2nd year for Ejet. $132 2nd year for A220. I mean you won’t be an FO for more than 6 to 12 months if you’re close to 121 upgrade mins. Upgrades are immediate if you have the time. So FO pay doesn’t take as much precedence as Captain pay right now.

Hi everyone, long time lurker, first time poster here.
Does anyone know how junior PVD and BDL are? It also looks like they’re not hiring FOs at the moment, but how long are upgrade times typically? And I saw it asked a few times here, but does anyone know when they might resume FO hiring? I believe I more than meet the requirements of 121.436(a)(3), but don’t have the “Group II transport category aircraft” time they require for the Direct-Entry Captain positions.
Thanks in advance!

There hasn't been an increase yet, this is the first ever raise but only for CAs. The previous "pay raise" was just an adjustment to include the $2k divvy card into the rate.

Yeah but
They advertise that and tell you there are openings but it isn’t true. It goes senior and even though there should be, or could be more openings, they use people on Reserve to cover charter trips. It has been a bone of contention lately as it has been said the company is hiding positions on purpose. Home based gets basically a week on a week off. Reserves get twelve days off a month PLUS 5 hours less pay. A lot were hired on the presumption they’d be home based and are finding a new reality when they actually join. So, you join thinking you won’t have to commute but find out you will AND, will be on Reserve with tough commuting options to odd bases. Unless you live in base, it’s not a good job for your personal life and even then.
You can raise the pay and offer stock but you cannot keep misleading people with poor work rules and say every week “We’re working on it”! No respect for seniority either as there are no protections. They were not suppose to hire any more A220 DECs so again, pay becomes an issue as senior people will make less than junior people AND this includes stocks and the stock trigger.
Stocks are only triggered after you finish training/ IOE. Right now it’s taking about 6 months.
Summer is coming and they are not ready. They really cannot afford another meltdown. They need to either stop or slow the expansion until they have the resources, AND THE PROPER RESOURCES, in place. They tried to start and grow the airline on the cheap, in every aspect, but it has come back to bite them. They were/are trying to emulate Allegiant and it’s not working AT ALL.
I really wish they’d listen but they are not.
