Do you have the rest of the retirements per year? PM is ok too. It's obvious that the numbers posted on APC are wrong

This is obviously pretty dated info at this point with COVID early outs and the massive hiring that has happened for the last year.

Does anyone have updated comparison data for the big three? Curious to see how things might have shifted.

I don’t have the most accurate retirement or current seniority list totals. But from what is publicly out there, I ran some spreadsheets. There are also many assumptions that can be made based on the specific user. Things like age, aircraft retirements, firm orders vs. options, etc. The only assumptions I used were APC retirements and seniority list totals. My seniority list totals were (DAL: 13,600; UAL: 14,700; AAL: 14,800). Anyway, here are some rough dates I came up with for seniority progression for an individual hired in 2022:

Delta
20% 2028
30% 2030
40% 2034
50% 2039
60% 2045

United
20% 2027
30% 2029
40% 2032
50% 2035
60% 2039

American
20% 2025
30% 2027
40% 2029
50% 2032
60% 2036
