Was hoping to get a condensed updated version in one thread as a lot has changed over the last 6 months with hiring and contracts. Rather than sorting through all the "don't come here, It's the worst culture ever." replies.

At frontier, I believe all bases are fairly easy to get. However, Philly is probably the most junior, and Chicago is maybe the most senior, but that's only because it's not growing at all.
Philly, Denver and Vegas should be able to be held right away.

With Max pay being the goal and not getting NYC....would it be possible to get BOS e190, then at yr 2 switch to a320 for the bigger pay raise?.....would that allow enough seniority for FLL or MCO on the Airbus after that initial year?

FLL maybe/prob after a year, MCO prob not. 2-3 years for MCO 320 FO for anyone hired today is my guess.
