I'd like to nominate the woman at ORD today who ran up to the gate ad sees "Boarding Closed" on her flight. The gate agent, busy with a delayed flight, asked her to wait a moment so she could finish rebooking the pax who had been in front of her. Not satisfied, the woman huffs off to the gate opposite hers and berates another unsuspecting gate agent, again demanding in no uncertain terms to be let down the jetway. Our confused gate agent looks out the window and informs her that there is no aircraft at that gate. Turns out her flight had left 20 mins ago. I didn't get to witness the conclusion, but this fact sets the woman OFF. More vitriol and screams of "being put through hell" and "heads will roll" could be heard as I went down the jetway next door.

Jesus lady, you're going to Omaha, not the moon. Theres another flight in an hour. Have some perspective.
Every year I wish more and more that I will have just pursued the Fedex/UPS route. Instead I wanted the pax route.

Never met a UPS pilot who wasn’t miserable. Rich.....but miserable.

FedEx, not so much.....but UPS isn’t known for happiness.

Freight is great! No passenger drama. No dealing with airport terminal cattle calls (except when DHing).

My interaction with pax is minimal to non-existent. Much like how my FedEx/UPS buddies claim that night hub turns are blown out of proportion, so is the pax drama for the most part.

You’ve posted in the wrong thread,
this is ‘Major Tool of the Day’ and it’s exclusively to report Tools that work for the Majors.
You should have posted in the “other” thread for the rest of us mere mortals.

You’re kidding right? 135 pax charter and no entitled pax? That certainly wasn’t my experience.
