Default Mike Ray study guides

Hello all,

I am considering getting the Mike Ray 747-400 study guide and would like to know if anyone has used it. If not, do any of you know of a better guide? I just want something to drive the points home. Really looking for a systems review more than anything. Some dings on this guide is that it goes over a lot of procedural stuff that wouldn't be useful at any airline other than his.

Thanks

I've used both his 757/767 and 747-400 books and found them useful. Since I was also at UAL, they obviously fit my need, but I do think it would be helpful even if you are not United. Just make cerrtain you know any differences between your carrier and what Mike's book has down.

Thanks,

I'm on the fence about it. I don't want to get something mixed up but I think systems wise everything should be the same. I would imagine the flows etc. might be different. I'm heading to CX and they are sticklers for their procedures, just don't want to confuse myself. Do you know of any good systems study guides minus procedures?

Where can you find information about the study guides?

His are on Amazon and the stopover store has them as well. Some reviews gave it a ding for too much company specific info that could confuse you at another airline. As it goes, it is much easier to learn something than "un" learn it. I'd hate to have a brain fart in an oral and spit out study guide material.

He has 757/767, 747-400, and a couple others.

Just found this site, looks pretty decent, http://www.dauntless-soft.com/PRODUCTS/AirCards/

Looks like it is pure systems flash card/quiz type stuff.
