Google the NWA F/A's contract that was thrown out in BK Court. They had voted down an agreement. NWA negotiated new one that was voted down by a very thin margin. At that point the BK judge told the Union they could strike upon imposition of a contract, but an Appeals Court said no they couldn't. Here's some info about it:

It would appear to my nonexpert perusal that the party most able to afford the highest priced lawyer is going to win nine times out of ten when it comes to the integrity of a CBA in bankruptcy court:
