Depends on position, time of service, particular airline you want to travel and a bunch of other things. The requirements change by company and so do the procedures for acquiring passes. They are accessible on swalife, not a public site obviously, employees only.

Eligible:
Employee, Spouse, Eligible Dependent unmarried children under 21, Parents, Retirees
Type of Discount:
Service charge, Space available, unlimited
Travel within the 48 contiguous U.S.
$15.00 one-way, $30.00 roundtrip plus tax
Alaska, Mexico, Caribbean, and Hawaii
$30.00 one-way, $60.00 roundtrip plus tax
Charter flights are not included
