No conflict bids

Too many opportunities for the company to adjust for their needs at the expense of my needs.

Conflicting how, like between months, ie last day / first day? PBS is great if you are senior.

Vacation conflict with line bidding was always great.

So was training days conflict with line bidding. Twice a year, it wasn’t insignificant.

Usually the folks that do not like PBS don’t understand the logic therefore don’t really know how to bid.

Why let the company construct your line when you can do it yourself?

Default Home Every Night???

A union will probably come down the road. But why would we unionize right now. We are home every night with 14-16 days off a month and credit around 90 hours. Maybe you should stay away. Our flight attendants decided to have a union and ask them how it’s working out for them right at this moment.

Unless the company is trying to take advantage of you and not doing what is right for their employees then it’s time to think about a union. For now it’s not needed
Can you help me understand this? Home every night? So does that mean no layovers and unless you live in base you are home in a crash pad? TIA!

All planes return to base every night so if you live in base your home every night. If you choose to commute then that’s a choice.
