I would say attrition is down but still happening, a lot of folks still have their dreams and the big 5 call. Commute stipend isn’t going anywhere for now. Doesn’t seem reserves are getting abused at all but it’s hit or miss with them if they fly or not.

Reserves in Orlando we’re used TDY in HVN this month on the captain side I believe.

Be 12 in just a few short weeks from now 11 was just delivered. I think the number is 5 crews an airplane.

It’s went to a somewhat junior folks in both seats but it’s a senior base so they will likely see reserve for time to come until more airplanes are added there.

I see there is not connection between East and West coast. Any plans to connect that? and possible layovers either side?

Not at this time this is asked almost every week internally and they are not focused on that.

Troll, not to say though the type of crewmembers we have here are not too good to go help out if it was a dire need.

The 125% pay, is above 75hrs BLOCK or CREDIT. (sorry i'm not familiar with getting pay by the hour anymore)

Yes you get 25% extra for every hour flown above 75 mmg is 70, then day off pay is currently 125% that’s on top of mmg and any other payouts.

What is this "next Florida base" for Fall 2022?

Sorry thought this was announced on here but it’s on all of avelos social media it’s RSW, guaranteed to be senior and probably 5 crews

Probably a bit as many South Florida pilots bid it to get closer to home. MCO is also still growing and adding new destinations so there will be future growth but many in New Haven trying to get Orlando who will bid it as it opens up more. In other words, it all just depends on the future expansion which nobody knows yet but it looks promising for now. Orlando charters are also growing.

your point is solid enough in general, I just want to point out that all reserve at delta is long call. I sit reserve at home which is not NYC, compliant with the commuting policy, and my fleet is the only overstaffed fleet at Delta. My QOL could not possibly get any better
