Interview: Logbooks (Paper & Electronic)
I have 2 paper logbooks and a cumulative printed electronic logbook. Logbook 1 has all of my flight training / endorsements and Logbook 2 has my work as a CFI and year 1 & 2 of 121 SIC time in it. Logbook 2 is about 50% full as I quickly transferred to an electronic logbook for ease and accuracy.
After reading a few outdated threads, it was suggested that for your interview your paper logbooks should be filled out to accompany the cumulative electronic logbook. I am really hoping that is not the case as I'm now 6 years since my last paper entry. What do you think? If the logbook does need to be filled, is it acceptable to transition from logging each leg (121 airline) as I did in year 1 & 2 to a monthly bulk log? I have put a lot of time into getting my electronic logbook to look absolutely perfect. All endorsements, remarks, events etc. are organized, tabbed, summarized and transferred. I just wonder if the paper logbooks carry as much weight at a major interview.
Thank you!

Do you guys know if that works for most if not all US carriers? I was under the impression after reading a lot of posts that it is smart to maintain both - paper and electronic especially if you want to keep the door open to an opportunity outside the US. It is just double the effort to maintain another paper log with the risk of messing some of the totals up easily.
