Not to mention the PSU doors didn’t deploy it wasn’t that hard of an impact those come out at 2.3 Gs if I’m not mistaken
neat.

I do! I’m thinking like 35(?). Oh, and then there’s the mandatory BMI requirement that’s only legal at foreign carriers, but I digress…..

Oh, I'm a bit disappointed in you with that remark.

Was the FAs age mentioned? I know several younger FAs who through previous injuries (some sports related) have weak backs. I've also seen hard landings cause back/neck injuries on both old and young FAs. The most important factor seemed to be where their jump seat was and not their age.

I know FAs with bad backs for other reasons…

I’m sure he’s super concerned that an anonymous person on an airline message board is disappointed in him. The world used to have a sense of humor. I miss that.

I could grease it every time at either airport, but I'd probably have to go around 20% of the time. That last little bit of floaty-float isn't always predictable.

If the landing was within spec per the MX requirements, ie they let the plane turn and keep flying, then this was just one of those things. As somebody said, maybe predisposition. I had some back stress in the mil, for that reason I make a point of sitting up straight for the landing when riding in the cabin.
I can see how if a pilot isn't too familiar with SNA or BUR they would just plant it and forget it, which is probably what most do. But if you really look at both runways there's wiggle room to make a pretty smooth landing. If you're not more than 10 feet RA right before the touchdown marker then you can finesse it with plenty of runway left.

I.

If you target the 3, you passed up two perfectly good wires. Just saying.

(100% career boarding rate, dont ask about the GPA though)
