Major Decisions
#1
I am currently a 22yo 767 FO at an ACMI operation and I’m getting ready to apply to Delta, United, and American when I turn 23. HYPOTHETICALLY if I hear back from them I’d like to know which one would be the best fit. I’d wish to continue flying wide body/international (or at least get onto one ASAP) and I’m willing to relocate for the most part (not to LAX/SFO/NYC/ATL). Unfortunately after reading forums and talking to coworkers I am clueless on which decision to make. Any advice?

AA will have fastest seniority progression, but is mostly a giant regional with a few widebodies. United has the most widebodies and plans to grow, but can’t figure out a contract. Delta has a great contract, but already past the crest of the hiring wave and subcontracts its widebody flying to cheap foreign carriers. If you want to be competitive for UPS/FedEx, you will need TPIC. The end.

You've ruled out some of the biggest widebody bases, unless you're willing to commute (I wouldn't plan on that at your age, that's a whole lot of wasted time over 40+ years).
Can you narrow down your geographic preference?
Also be aware that while junior (new hire) widebody opportunities do exist, the QOL probably isn't going to be too great until you get some seniority. Also might want to consider how seniority is selected in new-hire class at the various legacies... if it's by age, you're going to be flying a guppy initially. DL for example is SSN last four (higher is better). Seems like legacy new-hires have a variety of options if senior in their class.

It's gonna be SFO, though, until one can get EWR, and yes, that QOL will be rough for a while.

My lack of knowledge of the majors is probably like nails on a chalkboard to most of the people on this forum.

This is one of the more inventive troll posts I have read. Like a fourth grader saying I’m about to hit puberty I’m trying decide which supermodels I should sleep with on my 13th birthday.
But assuming it is true, the answer is nobody knows.
Consider the state of the industry merely 22 years ago, people were debating twa vs usair. That only gets the first half of your career. The full 42 years takes us back before deregulation.

I love all the posts about the QOL being poor and that hiring waves are over the crest.
This guy said he’s 22. Let him have some garbage QOL for a while. And the hiring wave is a non issue for him as well based on age. His bigger concern should be his health, the survival of the carrier, and the prevention on autonomous/single pilot ops.
UAL will get you on a wide body fastest.
