Specifically what schedules are you looking at? Please supply the url so that all can look at the data.

If you're using something like Schedule P-52, the Pilot/Copilot Flying Ops costs don't begin to tell the tale.

First, the blocks hours flown quarter over quarter are not static. Only in a static environment would you be able to do an "apples to apples" comparison.

Second, the DOT data doesn't take into account many of the concession items that were agreed to and valued by both AMR and APA, such as Scope, Domestic Code Share, International baseline agreement, Increased lock-in period, and Paperless Bids to name a few.

BTW, it seems as though your spell checker still has a few bugs. Perhaps you should upgrade to a newer version.

This thread has hit a nerve for more than just a few users, which by itself is not a bad thing. A healthy discourse and even a heated debate are welcomed and encouraged here.

That said, we do have an level of civility that we expect from our forum users. As a working pilot, you are welcome on our forum and we appreciate your participation, although I'd request that you make a salient point and argue your case without lowering yourself to name calling.

I'm not asking anyone to hold back, just take the verbal high road when your "giving them both barrels".

Absolutely, positively 100% right, KB. ALPA has failed more than a handfull of pilot groups, and selling them out for either political or financial gain is what they're all about.

Of course AMR had a loss, because when the FEED COST $150 million more then it brings in Revenue............................ITs CALLED A LOSS!
